All three services are priced to be in line with similar services in the community.
If you are looking for therapy Group will be the biggest bang for your buck at $40/ session. If you are able to purchase an 8 session-pack, you essentially get one session for free.
Individual Therapy is the most costly $185/intake and then $150 for each subsequent session.
Movement + Mindfulness Classes are not therapy but designed to teach you how to get your mind/body system working together again by practicing doing so in these 30 min classes. $15 each or purchase a 5 pack for $60.

Group and Individual Therapy are both proven to be effective at treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, life stage transitions, grief, impulse control, ptsd, and many more. They do so in different ways.
There are few people whose current symptoms are not appropriate for group. Most likely, what you have going on will benefit from connection with others going through the same thing.
Group Therapy does required engagement and sharing with your group mates. If you do not feel ready for that. Let’s start with Individual sessions.

Group Therapy:
Schedule is set for you. Groups meet once per week for 90 minutes each week. You must commit to all sessions within the 8 week session time-frame.
Individual Therapy:
Schedule sessions at the cadence and duration that works best for your schedule. This is the most flexible treatment option.
Movement+Mindfulness Class
Schedule is set as these are 30 min each and open to the public (attendees do not need to be therapy clients - bring a friend!).

Both therapy services allow you to spend time with your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are currently impacting your life. In group, the group members act as a mirror often showing you the ways your symptoms are impacting your life out in the wild as how the group responds to you will be similar. Over time, the time spent in group will impact the way you respond to people and situations in your life. In Individual therapy the clinician is the mirror and uses specific treatment methods and theory specific to your symptoms to support you in your healing, growth, experience, and learning.

Movement + Mindfulness fits into the mix because we cannot forget the body. The body and mind work together and influence each other greatly. These classes are designed to offer a place to practice doing so with guidance.
